Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In their original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used body products

• Items not in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return your item and place a new order.
